Liquid Cooling Is Inevitable: Coolant Selection & Delivery Determine Project Success
The explosive growth of large‑scale AI models has driven an unprecedented rise in power density within data centers. Single‑GPU chip power has exceeded 700 W, while power density per cabinet in AI clusters surpasses 15 kW. Domestic regulations also require the average PUE of data centers to drop below 1.5. Traditional air cooling can no longer satisfy heat‑dissipation demands. Against this backdrop, liquid cooling has become a mandatory solution. Industry competition has shifted beyond cooling performance itself, focusing instead on coolant reliability, material compatibility, and consistent delivery capacity. Three Core Challenges for Liquid‑Cooling Projects Risks in Cooling Medium Selection In multi‑material wetted environments, mismatched coolant easily triggers corrosion, precipitation and pipeline blockage. Complex fluid replacement and cleaning procedures may leave residual contamination, resulting in gradual performance degradation. Thermal Pressure in System Deployment As AI computing power keeps climbing, retrofitting existing facilities poses high implementation barriers. Challenges lie not only in heat dissipation, but also in adaptation of pipelines, power supply and daily operation & maintenance. Difficulties in Consistent O&M & Delivery Multi‑site cross‑regional projects demand stable supply and batch‑to‑batch consistency. Continuous monitoring of coolant conditions and fluid‑replacement cycles are required throughout operation. Fluorinated Liquids vs. Mineral Oil: Inherent Limitations Fluorinated liquid and mineral oil are two mainstream immersion‑cooling mediums, yet both carry obvious drawbacks: Fluorinated liquids: Overall cost is 4‑6 times higher than synthetic oil. Fast volatility pushes up maintenance costs; volatile components raise health and environmental concerns. Mineral oil: May cause material embrittlement, corrosion and cracking. It tends to oxidize and generate sludge and varnish, offering only 2‑3‑year service life with poor stability. Targeting core pain points of data‑center liquid cooling and drawbacks of conventional solutions, Amer introduces the innovative C&C Solution: coordinated application of Coating (PCB protective coating) and Cooling (coolant fluid). The Longevity Code for Wind Turbine Gearboxes: Less Downtime, More Power Generation!
Wind turbines often stand atop high-altitude mountain ridges or boundless seas. The gearbox is housed in the nacelle dozens of meters above ground, making an oil change a massive undertaking. Inadequate gear oil can lead to abrasion and coking at the mildest, or unplanned shutdowns and major overhauls at worst. Every halt translates to substantial financial losses. AMER Fully Synthetic Long-Life Gear Oil SXP (hereinafter referred to as AMER SXP) is a high-performance fully synthetic industrial gear oil worthy of renewed attention. Reliable Performance Across -30℃ to 150℃, Resisting Extreme Temperature Swings Wind farms in northern regions face frigid winters. Conventional gear oil thickens severely, hindering motor rotation and startup difficulties. In hot summers, ordinary oil thins out, resulting in weakened oil film strength. Formulated with wax-free PAO base stock, AMER SXP delivers outstanding low-temperature fluidity for smooth startup at -30℃. Its high viscosity index maintains stable viscosity even at 150℃. It delivers consistent, dependable protection from extreme cold to scorching heat. Superior Anti-Wear Performance Under Shock Loads Wind loads fluctuate constantly, subjecting gearboxes to sudden heavy impacts. Ordinary oil films are prone to rupture, triggering metallic wear. AMER SXP combines proprietary additive technology with reinforced PAO base oil to deliver exceptional extreme-pressure and anti-wear properties. It achieves zero roller wear in the FAG FE-8 bearing wear test, ensuring comprehensive protection for gears and bearings amid variable shock loads on wind turbines. Strong Oil Film Adhesion for Uninterrupted Continuous Protection Under high rotating speeds or heavy loads, the oil film of conventional gear oil is easily squeezed away from friction surfaces, causing temporary loss of lubrication protection. Boasting robust adhesion, AMER SXP firmly clings to gear surfaces under high speed and heavy loads and resists displacement, delivering non-stop lubrication protection. Additional Key Advantages • FLENDER approved • Anti-micropitting property prevents premature gear surface damage and extends gearbox service life • Service life several times longer than standard mineral gear oils, cutting downtime for oil replacement • Excellent water separation performance to resist emulsification upon water ingress • Outstanding thermal stability; no coking or sediment under long-term high-temperature operation, keeping gears and bearings clean Recommended Applications Suitable for wind turbine gearboxes, spur gears, bevel gears and planetary gears; Industrial gearboxes operating under high speed, shock loads and heavy loads; Working conditions requiring pour point below -30℃ or operating temperature exceeding 120℃; Equipment with complicated disassembly, difficult oil change access and demand for ultra-long oil drain intervals. Washing off oil stains OR protecting paintwork – it should never be a trade-off!
For equipment surfaces in machining and forging workshops, prolonged exposure to cutting fluids and metal dust creates stubborn yellow sludge deposits. Cleaning is an unavoidable part of equipment maintenance. Yet many manufacturers run into a common pitfall when selecting cleaners: after stripping away grime, the machine paint fades, discolors, or even develops rust. Why machines look worn out after cleaning: the cleaner formula is the root cause Traditional cleaning agents fall into two flawed categories: strong-smelling, highly toxic solvent-based cleaners, or phosphate-rich, high-alkaline water-based cleaners. AI Liquid‑Cooling Era: A Truly Copper‑Oriented Cutting Fluid for Precision Copper Component Machining
The boom of AI large models has driven a sharp surge in computing power demand, making liquid cooling a standard configuration for data centres. Massive precision copper components underpin liquid‑cooling systems, including pipe joints, copper terminals, heat‑dissipation copper plates and high‑frequency connectors. The machining accuracy and surface quality of these copper parts directly determine the stable operation of liquid‑cooling systems. The difficulties in copper machining do not lie in cutting tools or machine‑tools, but in the intrinsic material properties of copper. Copper is susceptible to oxidation and discoloration, and tends to react with cutting fluid to produce copper soap. When these issues occur, they may reduce the appearance qualification rate in mild cases. In severe cases, tool jamming and filter clogging will happen, dimensional accuracy will be compromised, and maintenance costs will rise dramatically. Most factories that have tested multiple cutting fluids for copper machining share the same pain point: lubrication performance is achieved at the cost of insufficient anti‑oxidation capacity; when service life is extended, copper soap precipitation emerges. Four Common Challenges in Copper Machining The root cause of all four challenges is clear: conventional cutting fluids are not formulated for copper materials. Amer SF353 Copper‑Specific Cutting & Cooling Fluid Specially developed to solve core difficulties in precision copper machining, Amer SF353 addresses the unique requirements of copper processing one by one. 1. Long‑term copper protection to prevent oxidation and discoloration from the source Formulated with long‑acting copper‑protective additives, Amer SF353 forms a dense protective film on copper workpiece surfaces to block oxidation reactions, keeping copper parts bright throughout the whole machining process. 2. No verdigris or copper‑soap precipitation for cleaner machine‑tools Copper‑ion stability in cutting fluid determines copper‑soap precipitation risk. With proprietary copper‑ion and hard‑water stabilised formula, Amer SF353 avoids tool jamming, filter clogging and machine‑tool fouling, greatly reducing equipment‑cleaning frequency. 3. No blue discoloration after long‑term use; clear and transparent working fluid Blue discoloration of cutting fluid originates from reactions between copper ions and fluid under hard‑water conditions. Amer SF353 features excellent hard‑water resistance. In a 55 °C high‑temperature test with copper powder added, the working fluid stays clear without turning blue for one full month. No soap precipitation, no phase separation and no performance degradation. Extra water pre‑treatment is not required. 4. Tailored for diversified precision copper‑machining scenarios Compatible with mainstream equipment and processes. It works well on CNC machining centres from Citizen, Mazak, FANUC and other well‑known brands. It delivers reliable cooling‑lubrication performance for high‑frequency connectors, heat‑dissipation copper sheets, NEV motor rotors, high‑voltage wiring harnesses and other precision copper‑component applications. 5. Proven performance verified by real‑world field tests Superior performance is proven through practical deployment. Amer SF353 has been validated at multiple leading precision‑copper‑component manufacturers across electronics & communications, new‑energy‑vehicle copper parts, high‑purity oxygen‑free copper electrodes and other market segments: A leading precision copper‑processing enterprise A manufacturer of electronic & electrical copper components A manufacturer specialising in precision‑forged pure‑copper electrodes and high‑end copper parts Copper‑machining difficulties cannot be fully solved simply by switching to another cutting fluid. Amer SF353 copper‑specific cutting & cooling fluid understands copper‑processing mechanisms at the formula level: protecting copper surfaces, stabilising fluid performance and matching actual manufacturing processes, to deliver reliable assurance for every machining procedure.

AMER Launches Integrated Lubrication & Surface Protection Solution for Axle and Shaft Manufacturing – From Machining to Coating
Cast iron workpieces start rusting within several days after machining, driving surging rework costs. Fine iron powder remains suspended during grinding, triggering secondary scratches on workpieces and limiting yield improvement. Cutting fluids erode machine tool paint and trigger corrosion, leaving equipment prematurely aged. Inconsistent silane treatment undermines coating adhesion, leading to paint peeling shortly after application. If you manufacture automotive axles, drive shafts, drive axles or hub bearings, these challenges are far from isolated cases – they represent widespread pain points across the entire industry. Why These Issues Deserve Greater Attention Now As core components of vehicle chassis and transmission systems, automotive axles maintain steady demand alongside the growth of automobile manufacturing. Two emerging trends have made production stability more critical than ever. First, electric drive axles (E-Axles) are seeing rapidly rising demand. Compared with traditional axles, E-Axles impose stricter standards for gear machining, bearing lubrication and surface protection, which directly affect transmission efficiency and long-term component reliability. Second, lightweighting drives material upgrades. New materials require metalworking fluids with enhanced stability and stronger surface protection performance. Conventional lubrication and maintenance systems can no longer keep pace. Meanwhile, key components including axle housings and differential housings are still mainly produced from cast iron and steel, generating sustained demand for machining protection and anti-corrosion coatings. Manufacturers that secure consistent performance across the full workflow – machining, equipment maintenance, surface treatment and coating – will gain clear advantages in product yield and on-time delivery. One Integrated Solution Covering the Full Axle Production Workflow Many manufacturers source machining fluids, gear oils and surface treatment chemicals from separate suppliers. Smooth Operation From Poles to Skies: Precision Valves Guard Equipment Round-the-Clock in Extreme Conditions
When construction machinery rolls into polar mining sites When icebreakers operate amid icy seas When heavy-lift drones take off and land at frigid airfields The smooth cold start and precise responsiveness of a hydraulic system directly determine equipment safety and operational efficiency. Extreme environments of -40°C and below pose far more complex challenges to hydraulic systems than commonly assumed. Substandard hydraulic fluid performance will compromise the entire system, bringing about the following issues: 1. Fluid thickens and congeals in frigid temperatures, making one-touch equipment startup impossible; 2. Unstable lubricant film leads to slow, inaccurate precision movements; 3. Fluctuating system pressure undermines consistent operation quality; 4. Wax precipitation and additive separation cause gum formation and jamming in precision valve assemblies. These issues may remain insignificant under ambient temperatures, yet they multiply drastically in frigid polar conditions, ultimately bringing the entire hydraulic system to a halt. Amer Aviation Low-Temperature Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil PL Series (hereinafter referred to as the Amer PL Series) is specially developed to address the challenges of one-touch startup and precise control in extreme cold environments. 1. Special for extreme cold conditions: Instant startup at -55°C with zero preheating Low-temperature kinematic viscosity serves as the core indicator for evaluating the low-temperature fluidity of hydraulic oil — the lower the value, the smaller the flow resistance of the fluid, and the faster the startup response of equipment. For this critical metric, the Amer PL Series adopts a custom low-pour-point formula to fundamentally break through the bottleneck of low-temperature startup, with measured performance far exceeding industry standards: Product Model Test Temperature Industry/Technical Standard (cSt) Amer PL Measured Value (cSt) Performance Review PL 10 -50°C ≤1250 (SH 0358) 740 Meets and Exceeds the Standard PL 15 -54°C ≤25000 (GJB 1177A) 1700 Significantly Lower than the Standard Limit PL 32 -30°C -- 820 Good Fluidity The Amer PL Series effectively addresses the industry pain point of difficult cold starts for hydraulic systems in extreme cold environments. It reduces flow resistance, improves response speed, ensures rapid startup and smooth operation of equipment under frigid working conditions, and enables instant-on operation. 2. High Viscosity Index for Sensitive System Response The smaller the viscosity fluctuation across wide temperature ranges, the more guaranteed the control precision of precision hydraulic systems. A higher viscosity index indicates stronger temperature variation adaptability of the oil. Conventional low-temperature hydraulic oils generally feature a viscosity index below 160, which tends to cause slow response and reduced control accuracy under working conditions with drastic temperature differences. In contrast, the Amer PL Series boasts a maximum viscosity index up to 400:

The prices seem similar, how to choose longer-lasting hydraulic oil? 5 methods to instantly make you an expert in selecting oil!
The prices seem similar, how to choose longer-lasting hydraulic oil? 5 methods to instantly make you an expert in selecting oil! Choosing the cheaper option risks faster wear and frequent oil changes, which could cost more in the long run. Opting for the expensive one, on the other hand, might feel like a waste of money if the differences aren’t clear. Have you ever found yourself torn like this when selecting hydraulic oil? Hydraulic oils may appear similarly priced, but their "hidden costs" can vary dramatically: accelerated equipment wear, more frequent downtime for oil changes, and rising energy consumption… The money you seemingly save upfront may eventually be paid back twofold in maintenance costs! Don’t let a "similar" price lead to vastly different outcomes! Here are 5 easy-to-understand tips to help you choose hydraulic oil that extends service life and saves you money. 一. Can the hydraulic oil withstand the "heat test"? High-temperature operation is normal for hydraulic systems. Hydraulic oil with poor oxidation resistance will rapidly "age": darken in color, generate sludge, and clog filters! Test method: Place a small oil sample in a transparent glass container and put it in an oven at 150°C. After 100 hours, observe the color change and compare. Brands Participating in the Test (from left to right): The first to three are leading international brands, and the fourth is Amer QH-WF46. Image 1: Initial state of the oils, Image 2: State after 50 hours of heating, Image 3: State after 100 hours of heating ✅ Amer Hydraulic Oil: Clear and bright in color, with clean container walls and no residue.❌ Well-known brand hydraulic oil: Significantly darkened and thickened, with sludge and carbon deposits adhering to the container walls. Years of practical application have proven that Amer hydraulic oil maintains its color stability significantly longer than competing products, leading to higher customer satisfaction! 二,Measure "Wear Resistance" with Two Key Indicators Hydraulic oil with poor anti-wear performance acts as a "hidden killer" of equipment wear! To evaluate its true wear resistance, remember these two key indicators: 1. Maximum Non-Seizure Load (PB Value) → The higher, the better! A higher PB value indicates that the oil can maintain an unbroken lubricating film under extreme pressure, providing stronger wear protection. 2. Wear Scar Diameter → The smaller, the better! A smaller wear scar reduces friction between components and extends the service life of critical parts such as pumps and valves. Project International Brand 1* 46 International Brand 2* 46 International Brand 3* 46 Amer QH-WF46 Maximum load without seizing 66 88 71 88 Wear scar diameter 0.508 0.479 0.454 0.426 三. Test "Service Life": The "Rotary Oxygen Bomb" Time Revealed The Rotary Oxygen Bomb test (simulating high-temperature, high-pressure oxidation conditions) directly reflects the service life of hydraulic oil. Longer Rotary Oxygen Bomb test time → Better oxidation resistance → Extended oil change intervals! Project International Brand 1* 46 International Brand 2* 46 International Brand 3* 46 Amer QH-WF46 Rotating oxygen bomb 299 422 301 401 The Rotary Oxygen Bomb test is a method used to evaluate the oxidation resistance of lubricating oils. In this test, 50 grams of the oil sample, 5 ml of water, and a catalyst (copper wire) are placed into the oxygen bomb vessel. After purging with oxygen, the vessel is immersed in a 150°C oil bath and rotated at 150 rpm. The pressure inside the vessel rises to a maximum value and then begins to decrease. The test concludes when the pressure drops by 175 kPa from its peak. The time elapsed from the start of the oil bath heating until the end of the test represents the oxidation life of the lubricating oil. Amer Test Results: Amer QH-HM46 achieves a Rotary Oxygen Bomb test time of 400+ minutes, demonstrating exceptional oxidation stability and extended service life. 四. Demulsibility: Rapid Water Separation Capability Hydraulic systems are prone to water ingress. If the oil has poor demulsibility, it can mix with water to form a "milky white" emulsion, which not only damages the lubricating film but also corrodes components. Test Method: Pour 40 ml of oil and 40 ml of water into a graduated cylinder, place the cylinder in a 54°C water bath, stir the mixture for 5 minutes, then let it stand for 30 minutes, observe the degree of separation between oil and water. Brands Participating in the Test (from left to right): Brand A, Brand B, and Amer HM46 ✅ Amer HM46 Hydraulic Oil: Rapid layer separation with clear water. ❌ Competing Brand Hydraulic Oil: Emulsified and cloudy, with poor water separation. Proven Performance: Amer HM46 demonstrates exceptional demulsibility, enabling quick water separation even after water contamination! 五. "10,000-Ton Testimony": Real Reliability Proven in Large-Scale Equipment Impressive data is just the beginning—true performance is proven under extreme conditions. In China, massive 10,000-ton industrial equipment requires exceptionally rigorous oil selection, and they consistently choose Amer Hydraulic Oil: Mechanical Heavy Industry Aluminum Industry Heavy machinery Equipment model: 10,000-ton hydraulic press Equipment model: 12,000-ton hydraulic press Equipment model: 20000T ultra-large tonnage extrusion production line Equipment model: 19500T Domestic Open Die Forging Machine Amer Products: High-pressure anti-wear hydraulic oil Amer Products: High-pressure anti-wear hydraulic oil Amer Products: High-pressure anti-wear hydraulic oil Amer Products: High-pressure anti-wear hydraulic oil Under immense pressure, Amer delivers! The trusted choice for heavy-tonnage equipment—proven through exceptional anti-wear performance and extended service life. It’s not about "choosing cheap vs. expensive"—It’s about "short-term savings vs. long-term reliability"! If you’re struggling to choose the right hydraulic oil, try using the methods above to evaluate your options—or send a sample to Amer for professional testing and comparison. Amer hydraulic oil thrives on competition: the more you compare, the clearer our advantages become. Share this with your equipment management colleagues—and become experts in choosing hydraulic oil together!

Thailand AMER Factory Begins Production! From Export to Local Smart Manufacturing, AMER's Globalization "Progress Bar" Updates Again
Thailand AMER Factory Begins Production! From Export to Local Smart Manufacturing, AMER's Globalization "Progress Bar" Updates Again In June 2025, AMER, a leading global brand in industrial oil and chemical products, announced the full operation of its Chonburi factory in Thailand! Following the Long An factory in Vietnam (2016) and the Jakarta factory in Indonesia (2023), this marks the third key strategic move by AMER in Southeast Asia. It also signifies the transition of AMER's "Globalization 3.0" blueprint from a single export model to in-depth empowerment of the industrial chain. With 22 years of deep cultivation in the industry Perfecting the craft of "lubricants" with expertise Since its establishment in 2003, Amer has consistently focused on the industrial lubrication and chemical sector, serving a total of 38,000 factories worldwide, with over 1,200 formulation databases, more than 80 patented technologies, and a CNAS-accredited laboratory. The newly launched Thailand factory offers over 2,300 oil products across six major categories, all adhering to Amer’s dual R&D center standards. These products are specifically optimized for Thailand’s high temperature, high humidity, and high salt spray conditions, extending oil change intervals by an average of 30% and reducing waste liquid emissions by over 30%. From Global Exports to Localized Smart ProductionEstablishing a "One-Hour Service Network" Across Southeast Asia Previously, products shipped by sea from Amer’s Dongguan and Suzhou bases in China to Thailand took 14-21 days. Now, the new Amer factory located in Chonburi, adjacent to Bangkok Port and Suvarnabhumi Airport, enjoys a significant geographical advantage, enabling the Bangkok economic zone to achieve “same-day orders, next-day delivery.” In the future, Amer will establish technical service centers in five major industrial hubs: Chonburi, Prachinburi, Ayutthaya, Rayong, and North Lan, forming a "one-hour service circle" covering the entire territory of Thailand and extending to Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar. The higher delivery efficiency is supported by the factory’s “hard power.” The Thailand factory integrates digitalization and green production at a high level, making a single factory a model production line! 3 Minutes | From Bumpy to Smooth, Understanding Shock Absorber Oil
3 Minutes | From Bumpy to Smooth, Understanding Shock Absorber Oil Knocking noises from the chassis, body swaying, and a sudden drop in your car's ride quality? The root of the problem may well lie in the shock absorber oil—the silent hero behind smooth and stable driving! If we compare shock absorbers to a car's "joints," then shock absorber oil is the "synovial fluid" that keeps those joints moving smoothly. The performance of this oil directly determines the vehicle's damping efficiency, handling stability, and overall ride comfort. 1. Shock absorber oil carries heavy responsibilities—three core factors are crucial. Low-Temperature Fluidity In extreme cold, if the oil solidifies or becomes too viscous, the shock absorber becomes virtually useless. High-quality shock absorber oil must maintain optimal fluidity even in severe cold (e.g., -40°C). Superior Viscosity-Temperature Performance From freezing winters to scorching summers, shock absorbers endure drastic temperature swings. Excellent viscosity-temperature stability ensures consistent oil performance—no matter how extreme the weather gets. Foam Resistance & Air Release Properties Foam is the "silent killer" of shock absorbers, often causing vibrations and abnormal noises. Premium shock absorber oil features excellent foam resistance and air release capabilities, ensuring quiet, smooth, and stable operation. 2. Amer Shock Absorber Oil CJ1T - Delivering Core Strength for Ultimate Ride Smoothness Outstanding low-temperature performance ensures excellent fluidity for smooth starts even in icy conditions, guaranteeing stable damping during every cold start. "With an exceptional viscosity index of 240, it effortlessly handles extreme temperature variations from -40°C to 80°C, delivering consistent performance whether in northern winters or southern summers." Superior Foam Resistance for Smooth Operation: Effectively suppresses foam formation to eliminate vibration at its source, ensuring consistently stable and smooth shock absorber performance. Foam characteristics (foam tendency/foam stability) Product parameters Program I (at 24℃) 15/0 Program II (at 93.5℃) 20/0 Program III (after 24℃) 15/0 Balanced Formulation for Synergistic Stability: Combines outstanding foam resistance with excellent rubber compatibility to protect seals, ensuring long-term system stability and extended service life of shock absorbers. 3. 8-Hour Off-Road Endurance Test: Proven Dominance "Lab data provides the foundation, but real-world performance tells the ultimate truth! Amer Shock Absorber Oil CJ1T has withstood the ultimate challenge - 8 grueling hours of high-intensity off-road racing torture test:" Delivering flawless performance under extreme operating conditions Foam Resistance Proof: Maintains crystal-clear oil integrity with exceptional foam control, completely eliminating noise and vibration caused by foam.
