Amid the midsummer heat in July, beside Songshan Lake,
From unfamiliarity to rapport, from classrooms to workshops,
From theoretical learning to hands-on practice, nearly a month of intensive training
Has enabled them to deliver a substantial report of growth.

Running from July 2 to July 10, the 8-day, 7-night intensive training camp for Amer Group’s 2026 “Future Star” Management Trainees covered multi-dimensional modules including corporate culture immersion, overview of full business workflows and core product expertise. Following the centralized training, management trainees were assigned to various business divisions to complete a three-week rotational attachment across upstream and downstream operations. With this, the 2026 “Future Star” Management Trainee Development Program has officially reached its milestone conclusion.
From Awareness to Recognition
The opening session of the training camp kicked off with an in-depth dialogue centering on “Who Amer Is”.

During the executive meet-and-greet, trainees engaged in face-to-face exchanges with company leadership and senior alumni of the management trainee program, gaining direct insight into Amer’s business philosophy: Uphold principles, cherish people; embrace integrity, nurture all. Director Wang systematically reviewed the Group’s over two decades of development, corporate culture and global strategic layout.

Toward the end of the training camp, the President hosted a special forum titled Embrace Amer, Choose a Broader Life, holding open discussions with every Future Star. The session carried expectations and guidance for new joiners, and offered a heartfelt interpretation of Amer’s talent philosophy.
Laying a Solid Talent Foundation:Up to 8 hours of training per day — Amer’s investment in talent development.
Building a high-caliber, professional service team forms the core competitive edge that allows Amer to continuously win clients’ trust.
Focused on in-depth immersion across the full business chain, this year’s training camp delivered rigorous centralized professional development. Each trainee received around 65 hours of training, achieving systematic advancement from workplace professionalism to holistic business awareness. Rigorous training and assessments serve not only to sharpen trainees’ capabilities, but also reflect Amer’s persistent pursuit of superior product quality and service standards.

With thorough understanding of the Group’s core competitive strengths, the Future Stars are now equipped with solid expertise to deliver comprehensive, high-quality solutions for customers.
Uniting Minds and Strengths to Reinforce Team Capacity
Beyond immersive indoor theoretical lectures and business empowerment, a full-day outdoor team-building activity was arranged for all participants.

Faced with a series of team challenges, some trainees stepped forward to devise strategies and coordinate operations, demonstrating decisive leadership; others executed plans efficiently with seamless coordination, showcasing outstanding teamwork.

The activity broke down communication barriers among participants. Through collaborative challenges, trainees honed managerial thinking and built mutual trust, laying a firm foundation for them to evolve from capable individuals into capable team leaders.

Sweat and laughter intertwined; rapport and trust took root. The outdoor training ignited youthful passion while testing and refining the leadership and teamwork skills of the Future Stars, facilitating their transformation from outstanding individuals into a high-performing united team.
Beyond the Classroom: Three Weeks of Rotations to Understand Amer on the Front Lines
If the 8-day intensive training served to “draw the roadmap”, the three-week rotations meant “travelling every route in person”.

Upon completion of centralized training, all management trainees moved to frontline roles across upstream and downstream business segments for three-week rotational practice. From production workshops and technical laboratories to sales frontlines and warehousing & logistics departments, trainees applied knowledge acquired in class to real work scenarios for verification and deeper comprehension.

Over three weeks, they observed every production process firsthand, listened to authentic client demands and feedback, and gained tangible understanding of the true weight behind Amer’s mission — boost industrial efficiency and quality — through cross-department collaboration.
While the 2026 “Future Star” Management Trainee Training Camp has drawn to a close, their journey at Amer has only just begun.
May all Future Stars carry forward the knowledge, friendship and conviction gained during this program. Stay passionate and forge ahead bravely in respective roles. Like countless brilliant stars, they will converge to power Amer’s journey into the future.
