Selangor Production Base
Scale: Covering over 4,000 square metres, the facility operates multiple modern production lines for industrial lubricants, metalworking fluids, cleaning agents and rust preventatives, enabling integrated R&D, manufacturing and quality control.
Production Capacity: Planned annual output covers 3,000 tonnes of industrial lubricants, 3,000 tonnes of metalworking fluids, 1,500 tonnes of cleaning agents, 800 tonnes of rust preventive oils and 500 tonnes of other chemical products.
Services: An independent laboratory and inspection centre equipped with professional testing equipment and a technical team supports customer sample testing, formula verification and quality re-inspection.

Service outposts have been set up in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Johor Bahru, Kuantan and other regions, alongside a fully formed local Malaysian team. This signifies Amer’s localised service system extending directly from production lines to customer premises.

03 Five Facilities in Four Nations: Amer’s Southeast Asian Manufacturing Layout Completed
With the launch of the Malaysian plant, Amer has finalised its strategic layout of five production bases across four Southeast Asian nations:
Tây Ninh (Vietnam), Bắc Ninh (Vietnam), Chonburi (Thailand), Bekasi (Indonesia) and Selangor (Malaysia).
Spanning the Indochinese Peninsula and the Malay Archipelago, these five facilities connect Southeast Asia’s most dynamic manufacturing corridors, embedding the full R&D-production-service value chain into local markets.
