Thailand AMER Factory Begins Production! From Export to Local Smart Manufacturing, AMER's Globalization "Progress Bar" Updates Again

In June 2025, AMER， a leading global brand in industrial oil and chemical products, announced the full operation of its Chonburi factory in Thailand! Following the Long An factory in Vietnam (2016) and the Jakarta factory in Indonesia (2023), this marks the third key strategic move by AMER in Southeast Asia. It also signifies the transition of AMER's "Globalization 3.0" blueprint from a single export model to in-depth empowerment of the industrial chain.

Perfecting the craft of "lubricants" with expertise

Since its establishment in 2003, Amer has consistently focused on the industrial lubrication and chemical sector, serving a total of 38,000 factories worldwide, with over 1,200 formulation databases, more than 80 patented technologies, and a CNAS-accredited laboratory. The newly launched Thailand factory offers over 2,300 oil products across six major categories, all adhering to Amer’s dual R&D center standards. These products are specifically optimized for Thailand’s high temperature, high humidity, and high salt spray conditions, extending oil change intervals by an average of 30% and reducing waste liquid emissions by over 30%.

From Global Exports to Localized Smart Production
Establishing a "One-Hour Service Network" Across Southeast Asia

Previously, products shipped by sea from Amer’s Dongguan and Suzhou bases in China to Thailand took 14-21 days. Now, the new Amer factory located in Chonburi, adjacent to Bangkok Port and Suvarnabhumi Airport, enjoys a significant geographical advantage, enabling the Bangkok economic zone to achieve “same-day orders, next-day delivery.”

In the future, Amer will establish technical service centers in five major industrial hubs: Chonburi, Prachinburi, Ayutthaya, Rayong, and North Lan, forming a "one-hour service circle" covering the entire territory of Thailand and extending to Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.

The higher delivery efficiency is supported by the factory’s “hard power.” The Thailand factory integrates digitalization and green production at a high level, making a single factory a model production line!

AMER's Globalization "Progress Bar" Advances Again
